I find it interesting that several of the “dream jobs” are easily done by hobbyists (e.g., baker, fisherman, brewer.) I am also curious to see how long it would take for a dream job to become somewhat mundane. When you love to bake, for example, but then must get up at 4:00 a.m. everyday to make loaf after loaf, and your livelihood is dependent upon the bread you sell, does it still hold the same excitement?
