Blog lightly and carry a big...

This year is turning out to be a pretty light blogging year for me. I’m sure my son has a little to do with that. But, I also think I’ve been a little low on literary or theoretical ideas as of late. (I couldn’t tell you why that is.) Since January 1, I have written 57 Blog entries. In eight months, that comes out to be around 7 entries per month — or, roughly 2 entries per week. That hardly even qualifies me to call myself a blogger. Sorry about that regulars.

So, with a snazzy new Blog design in tote, and a fairly deflated (which, until a second ago was going to be my word — thanks for knowing everything , gosh!), as well as a blatant over-useage of italics for one Blog entry, I will carry on. I don’t know if this means more writing for the latter half of 2006 or not. I’m a firm believer in open-endedness (if you couldn’t already tell).

Share your thoughts with me, people. Give me something to think about.

And, go look at the photo I took of the Kansas City skyline this morning.

It’s understandable I’d say – the whole slightly less blogging thing. Two a week isn’t bad in my opinion – I have a hard enough time getting one a month out. Keep writing though – however many a week you end up with will be fine by me.
