Related to Barack Obama?

My wife just might be…

It turns out that ‘s 6th great grandmother may be closely related to Julianna’s grandmother who is related to the family. I’m not quite sure of the actual connection (i.e., bloodline), but Julianna’s uncle — who is a genealogy hobbyist (and a staunch republican) — has traced their family back to the same Teagues that Obama’s family came from.

Crazy.

I knew I liked the guy for some reason!
